Completes a comprehensive examination focused on the symptoms and functional impairments directly associated with the Veteran’s Benefits Administration (VBA) mental health disability exams. A medical opinion will be completed highlighting the plausible nexus to military service. Upon request, an additional PDF version of the Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) can also be added to the clinical report sent to you directly.
